Documentary.

Synopsis: In the surviving footage, Taft is viewed on an upper deck of a steamship from the main deck.

Survival status: Print exists in the Library of Congress film archive (American Film Insitute/Post collection) [fragmentary nitrate positive (acquired 1971)].
